Rome, 10 December 2020 - The United Nations ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳ (WFP) is honoured to accept the Nobel Peace Prize today in a ceremony that recognizes our role in fighting hunger and fostering peace in conflict-affected areas.

As our Executive Director David Beasley receives the award on behalf of the agency and its 20,000 staff in a virtual ceremony, ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳is hosting ¨C a celebration of the remarkable history, people and partners who are behind ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳winning the Nobel Peace Prize, featuring reactions from staff around the world.
