
This Rwanda impact evaluation baseline report details key findings from the baseline data on key outcomes, that include measures of resilience, consumption, coping strategies, earnings, women¡¯s agency, and women¡¯s social and economic empowerment
The impact evaluation contributes to both Office of Evaluation's Cash-Based Transfers & Gender, as well as the Climate & Resilience impact evaluation windows. Its objective is to quantify the impacts of Rwanda¡¯s food-assistance for assets (FFA) programming, with a special focus on its impact on women. The impact evaluation is being delivered in partnership with the World Bank¡¯s Development Impact Evaluation (DIME) department.
