In accordance with Article VI (2) (b) (viii) of the ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳General Regulations, this annual report of the Inspector General is presented to the Executive Board for its consideration, and as established by Board decision 1996/EB.3/3, forwarding it to the United Nations Office of Internal Oversight Services. This is the eighth report of the Inspector General and covers the period from January to December 2008.
